- Description/Profile
Territory Responsibility – APAC including SAARC Region
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business and revenue for the organization’s products/services.
- Working and collaborating closely with Head of Distribution and relevant client facing departments to provide the clients with compelling products to achieve distribution targets including sales, pre-sales, and co-productions.
- Achieving the sales targets for the assigned territories
- Attending relevant industry markets to meet existing clients, develop new business opportunities and building a strong network to enhance business opportunities.
- Coordinating with Finance, Legal and other Internal service teams including IT and Edit to ensure all operational activities are done effectively, thereby providing a seamless experience to all customers and at the same time ensure internal operational efficiency.
- Coaching and mentoring Junior Sales and MIS Executives

- Initiate and execute an effective sales process which will include,
o Discovering sales opportunities through market research.
o Cold calling and building a good rapport with the customer.
o Scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements for every customer.
o Close sales with potential clients; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections to finalize deal terms; preparing contracts. - Providing support to the management on any ad hoc requirement.
- Eligibility / Experience
Eligibility Criteria – Minimum 5 Years of Experience in APAC & SAARC Territories with extensive experience in handling Broadcasters , Platforms , and Distributors.
MBA with Excellent Communication Skills
