The Centre Head will be responsible for managing the operations and academic excellence of Toonz Academy, ensuring a high-quality learning environment and achieving the center’s growth and revenue targets. The role involves leading the academy’s team, fostering student engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the daily operations of the academy, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Academic Excellence:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality animation courses as per Toonz Academy standards.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Monitor student performance and outcomes, providing support to ensure academic success.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage faculty, administrative staff, and other team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Student Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student queries and concerns.
- Ensure a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and events to enrich student learning experiences.
- Business Development:
- Drive student enrollments through effective marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand course offerings and partnerships.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Track financial performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Industry Collaboration:
- Maintain relationships with key players in the animation industry to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Facilitate student placement opportunities by connecting with industry partners.

Key Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in academic or operational leadership roles, preferably in the animation or creative industry.
- Prior experience in managing training institutes or education centers is an advantage.
- Skills and Competencies:
