    The Centre Head will be responsible for managing the operations and academic excellence of Toonz Academy, ensuring a high-quality learning environment and achieving the center’s growth and revenue targets. The role involves leading the academy’s team, fostering student engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Operational Leadership:
      • Oversee the daily operations of the academy, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
      • Implement and monitor operational policies and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
      • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
    2. Academic Excellence:
      • Ensure the delivery of high-quality animation courses as per Toonz Academy standards.
      • Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies.
      • Monitor student performance and outcomes, providing support to ensure academic success.
    1. Team Management:
      • Lead and manage faculty, administrative staff, and other team members.
      • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
      • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
    2. Student Engagement:
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for student queries and concerns.
      • Ensure a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
      • Organize workshops, seminars, and events to enrich student learning experiences.
    3. Business Development:
      • Drive student enrollments through effective marketing and outreach initiatives.
      • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners.
      • Identify opportunities to expand course offerings and partnerships.
    4. Financial Management:
      • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
      • Track financial performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
    5. Industry Collaboration:
      • Maintain relationships with key players in the animation industry to ensure curriculum relevance.
      • Facilitate student placement opportunities by connecting with industry partners.

     

  • Eligibility / Experience

     

    Key Requirements

    1. Educational Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    2. Experience:
      • 5-7 years of experience in academic or operational leadership roles, preferably in the animation or creative industry.
      • Prior experience in managing training institutes or education centers is an advantage.
    3. Skills and Competencies:
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Knowledge of the animation industry and its evolving trends.
      • Financial acumen and proficiency in managing budgets.
      • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
