    We are seeking an experienced and results oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our HR initiatives and function with business objectives and activities. HRBP duties will include aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, improving staff performance, as well as providing additional services. Your experience in human resources management will help our organization add value to overall business goals and provide HR solutions. The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of a business function, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for Talent Acquisition from various sources. Experience in the Media/ animation industry will be an added advantage.
    • Closely work with department managers for onboarding good talents as per business requirements.
    • Develops strategic plans for recruitment, campus drives and employee retention.
    • Maintain a recruitment database and share a daily recruitment Tracker to Head – HR.
    • Responsible for completing the joining formalities and induction process.
    • Identifies coaching needs for all levels of  employees.
    • Partners with sr. managers to set diversity hiring goals.
    • Managing training programs and evaluations on a regular basis and updating the department Heads.
    • Drive Employee engagement activities – Works closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
    • Minimum 5+ years’ experience required for this role, experience from a similar industry would be an added advantage.
