    We’re looking for a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!

    In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in campaign development, social media advertising, search engine advertising, content creation, and data analysis to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels. You’ll stay ahead of the latest trends and technologies to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and effective.

    Responsibilities:

    • Paid Advertising Expertise:
    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
    • Develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing materials to attract viewers and drive conversions.
    • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to identify new campaign opportunities and target audiences.
    • Analyze campaign performance data across all platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to identify areas for optimization and generate insightful reports.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest advertising platforms, features, and best practices.
    • Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop engaging and informative content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts) that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
    • Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, content) to create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Generate reports and identify actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date on data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Eligibility / Experience

     

    • 2 – 3  years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
    • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, preferably including Facebook Ads, Google Ads
    • Strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Experience with content creation tools and platforms is a plus.
    • Passion for staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
